Conference of Young Slavists
is the project of students of the Department of East European Studies of the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University in Prague. Its international scope and participation of young experts with various specializations should increase the awareness of the professional activities of the student focusing on slavic area across individual fields of study and departments. The goal of the event is to create a platform where young experts can meet, present their work and discuss various scientific methods and approaches. That is the reason why students from other universities in the Czech Republic as well as abroad are invited as well. The participants of this conference have a chance to make new contacts that can serve as a basis for potential future cooperation.
The participants have to make 15-20 minute-long presentation. The presentations can be made in English and all Slavic languages. The participants who will make a comprehensive study from their presentation will be offered an opportunity to be published in reviewed conference anthology.
